Renault Trucks will be exhibiting their latest construction trucks at the Intermat Trade Show
The French truck manufacturer will introduce their new construction ranges at the Intermat Trade Show in Paris from 20 to 25 April 2015.
During The International Exhibition of Machinery, Materials and Equipment for the Construction Industry (Intermat), Renault Trucks will introduce the new configurations of its C and K vehicles. With the two modular options and several versions availabel, Renault Trucks can offer construction companies transport solutions designed to their needs.
On its stand n°083, the French manufacturer will be exhibiting a C 8x4 XLOAD, a C 8x4*4 Tridem, a K 8x4 Xtrem, a C 6x4 OptiTrack, a C Cab 2,3 m 6x4 and a 6x4 K tractor unit. Visitors will also find these vehicles on Renault Trucks' partners stands.
The C 8x4 XLOAD
Equipped with a cement mixer, the unladen weight of the C 8x4 XLOAD has been reduces, offering builders to load more concrete on each trip.
The C 8x4*4 Tridem
The turning radius of the C 8x4*4 Tridem has been reduced to 90 cm thanks to a 4th steering axle that improves the vehicle's manoeuvrability. The vehicle can be equipped with different bodies with a heavy load on the rear part of the vehicle : tipper, platform crane, boom arm or an industrial vacuum unit.
The K 8x4 Xtrem
With a reinforced chassis renforcé, more resilient mechanics and the new Optidriver Xtrem gearbox, the K 8x4 Xtrem is designed for quarry working activities. Fitted 24' tyres, approved for road use, an innovation that Renault Trucks was the first to introduce these tyres on production trucks in Europe. This new version of the K Xtrem has a bigger load capacity and a better obstacle clearance capability.
The C 6x4 OptiTrack
Equipped with two hydraulic motors on the front wheel hubs, the truck has a temporary pulling power. The OptiTrack system on the new version of the C 6x4 provides temporary all-wheel drive. With this system, drivers can adapt their driving to the terrain and load.
The C Cab 2,3 m 6x4
For hauliers of building materials in urban and suburban environments, the C Cab 2,3 m 6x4 is adapted for multiple deliveries.Fitted with the Optidriver robotised manual gearbox, the cab's height and width have been reduced. Thus the truck gives the driver a better manoeuvrability when getting in and out of the cab.
The K 6x4 tractor unit
Finally, Renault Trucks will be showing a K 6x4 tractor, adapted for Africa and the Middle East, that the French manufacturer wants to conquer, after having deployed their new range in Europe in 2013 and 2014.
